As you prayerfully seek God's leading, ask Him whether you are the individual He is preparing to lead the people of the Fulton Alliance Church. The 225-member congregation there believes that the Lord would have them and their leadership focus on prayer, offer preaching that demonstrates how one can actively live Christ's gospel everyday, minister to people's hurts and struggles, facilitate local and global outreach, as well as mentor those who will share in the responsibilities of serving the needs of the Church community. While church growth and making maximum use of the Fulton Alliance Church's 750 seat sanctuary is important, key for the one whom God calls as pastor will be a particular vision and drive to accomplish all that Christ Jesus has planned for this northern suburban Syracuse, New York ministry.
